We even promise to let you bring your kids and pets to work. What will you be doing? Participate in measuring and driving product quality from inception to release. Understand product requirements and ensure engineering implementation covers all of them. Work with PM & developers to understand requirements and design and Develop test plan and test cases and focus on test coverage. Should be able to drive End-2-End Testing with quality delivery. Adoption of Dynamically context changes and focus driven results. Improve and extend test frameworks and automated test sets. Bring in best practices in the form of Continuous Integration and Code Coverage. Focus on performance benchmarking and assessing product scalability. What do we expect from you? BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent from a premier institute. Must have 2+ Years of experience in Quality Engineering or equivalent domain. Proficiency in Java, C++ or other Object Oriented Language. Good knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms. Ability to design and develop test automation frameworks in Java, Selenium/WebDriver, TestNG/JUnit. Excellent computer fundamentals, analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to quickly learn new technologies in a dynamic environment. Provide good attention to details. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Agility and ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements and scope and priorities. Nice to have: Good knowledge of Unix/Linux operating system. Good knowledge of SQL/DB (mysql/postgres).
